Our Revision Policy

We strive to provide our customers the best services through our website. We seek to ensure the quality of work provided by our writers is satisfactory to our clients. Occasionally a client would feel that the delivered work does not meet the standards expected. It is proper for us to clarify what is covered under our revision policy; we are willing to do any revisions on any paper provided by our clients. However, we wish to state that the new revision request can only be valid based on the original instructions issued when ordering the paper. The revision request should not contain any new instructions. Any additional work, outside the original order instructions, will be charged against the complexity and quantity of the additional work. We are always willing to accept order revisions with additional instructions other than the ones initially given. Kindly contact our customer care representatives for a quote regarding the additional instructions you wish to incorporate.

Ensure that you submit your revision request by clicking on the 'request revision' button. All revisions must be requested within seven days after the deadline expires. After the seven days the system will automatically mark the order as 'completed' after which you will have to place a new order to have the paper revised.
